How AI Usage Works in JobPulse365
Every JobPulse365 plan includes AI capabilities: lead response, estimate
generation, and review replies. AI usage is measured in two categories:
Smart Actions: 100 included per month
Smart Actions are AI tasks that require your input and review before sending. These include AI lead responses (you paste the message, review the draft, and send) and AI estimate generation (you describe the job, review the estimate, and send). Each time the AI generates a draft for you to review, that’s one Smart Action.
Auto Actions: 500 included per month
Auto Actions are AI tasks that generate content based on triggers you’ve configured. These include review reply drafts generated when new Google reviews come in, and review request messages queued after completed jobs. Auto Actions prepare the content; you control which ones go out.
What happens if you use more than what’s included?
If you use more Smart Actions or Auto Actions than your monthly included amount, additional usage is available at straightforward rates:
- Additional Smart Actions: $25 per 250 actions
- Additional Auto Actions: $25 per 1,250 actions
Usage resets monthly. When your usage exceeds the included starter credits, you are automatically billed for the next block of actions. Each charge appears as a separate line item in your billing history. You can track your current usage from your account dashboard.
